If the form is In-Top-Level form, and when it's called and created and you don't see it there are only two possibilites as to what's happening.
Possibility one is that the variable reference is going out of scope. In this case, you would see a brief flash when the Show command was issued. The solution here would be to create a property of the parent form to hold the reference.
Possibility two is that you've positioned the form incorrectly. This may cause the form to be shown beyond the borders of the parent. Co-ordinates are relative to the client area of the form. In other words, the are directly beneath the title bar and to the left of the frame, with 0, 0 being the extreme upper left corner.
