Andrews es probable que tenga uno de estos problemas:

1- Tiene que ver la ruta del archivo que esta mandando a ejecutar.

2- Ve a la opcion 'Proyecto' del menu de VFP, selecciona informacion del proyecto, en el page de archivos cheque si la opcion "Incluido" esta seleccionada para este programa.
