Foxpro knows when the control key is down because if you put up a WAIT WINDOW "TEST" and then press the control key then the wait message dissapears. It reappears when the control key is let go. (Sort of the reverse of what you want :)

But I don't know how to test for it when not in combination with another character. That's why I suggested using the mouse.
