>Thanks for your quick response. That was not the problem, but I was able to find the problem. I was copying the exe out to the web server, but I was not copying the .tlb file. Once I copyied the tlb file out to the server, everything started working fine. I am not sure what that little .tlb guy does, but he has caused me not just a little grief in this learning process.

The tlb is the server's Type library- clients use the file to learn about the interface of the server- all of its PEMs.
