Thats where is gets foggy (for me anyway). I think its like this:

If you use a Constant in Subclass 1, you need the include in that class, you don't use the constant in any subclasses of that, your fine. But since the Include doesn't get inherinted (I think its becuase it part of the VCX or SCX and can't be done programmatically, so its by design) if you use a Constant in a subclass you need to reinclude the include file.

But if you have have that _include setup thing, should be less for you to remember :-)
