although I am somewhat drunk, I tried to check what's going on concerning Y2k. I was able to use the train to go home a few minutes ago, there is light and heating in my house, my computer seems to work pretty good, there is even internet with you in it. So I don't want to think about what my customers will tell my next monday about their views to computer people.

The only thing I heard about was that on December 27 some 10,000 credit card terminals failed in England. For some reason these terminals are using date related arithmetics for the next four days, and they calculated the fourth day from December 27 1999 to be January 1 1900 and hung up.

If that's it - I am really disappointed!
