I'd call you a fool if you didn't. If you had a 'contract' to do a specific item, and that item changed, it is absolutely within your rights to bill for the extra time. If you wanted your car paited red, and chaged your mind to blue after it was done, would they do that for no charge?

Not to mention, you'd probably be drummed out if you set that precidence (not charging) around here (g)...
