Is anyone familiar with this product? Does it actually work?

The reason I ask is that I am still working on a VFP solution for a client that is taking longer than expected (what else is new!) and their existing Foxpro Dos app won't allow 00 data entry for billing. I need to get that app to accept Y2K so they won't lose billing.

Any ideas?
