In C/S environments you DON'T browse the whole table, ever!

Your arguments are always about the systme that is pure VFP and will never be C/S. I've been around long enough to know that that is a very shortsighted vision of things.

First of all, I say one should never browse a table with a million records, hell even 1,000 records is to much. We are going to have to agree to disagree ion this subject. I will continue to post the opposing point of view for the benefit of lurkers that needs to know there are two ways to see the future. One being that it will always be the same and the other that things may change and it is wise to be prepared.
