Users on any On Line Community can be considered for the MVP title. This includes FoxForum. The Wiki would be impossible becuase it is not a post-driven/threaded medium.

No other on line site advertises the MVP program like this. The best site, www.Devx.com, does not. Why is it done here? Clearly, it is done for promotional reasons. If he want's to leave the reports in, fine... That is clue enough that MVP's are around. To have it on the main page, seems kind of cheesy to me....

The MVP award is given out by MS. The UT claim is that it is a host for the MVP program. Why does this need to be said on the main page? What purpose does it serve? Could you have something in the FAQ section? Sure. As a banner on the main page, it implies more than it really is. And, given the most recent events, it should be removed....

>>If he takes the MVP banner off the main page, I then have no beef. THAT is my only argument.

>How is that banner hypocritical in any way!? The banner means that MS recognizes users of the UT to be possible canidates for the MVP program. Whats up? How does not seperating obviously (There still is lists of MVPs) you from me with colors violate the agreement (I don't know the agreement personally, just assumptions).
