More info on my situation:

This is the only client "complaining" and there are 3 or 4 other users but they all print to network printers, so may not notice a few minute delay in printing.

The complainer has 256 MB RAM and is running W98 - tons of free disk space.

Any help/or ideas about what to look for are appreciated...i'm going through my code, and, boy, have I learned a lot in the last year, since I wrote this app (mainly from input and other resources from the UT).
