I'm pretty sure he would find that a difficult copyright to enforce.

One thing I bet he hasn't considered. If someone says something politically incorrect (don't know anyone who would do that, do you? <g>), he would also be responsible if someone decided to sue. You can't claim ownership without responsibility.
