That's being liberal. If you check a repartition of members (PUTM, unfortunately), the number of people who logged in last on the day they joined over 2 years ago is quite high. Hmmm, let me check Bothell, where I live....

7 have not been active since the day they joined
2 were active for less than a week
1 has been inactive for a year
1 has been inactive for 2 years
4 have been inactive for 6 months
That leaves one active member out of 16.
