Make sure you delete the old vfp DISTRIB directory, that's the first thing to look at, usually - also delete the file WZSETUP.INI. Then, start the process over again from scratch.

Also, there are setup wizard patches for both vfp 5 & 6. Not sure if the one for 6 is built into SP3.
