The Username is no problem - there are a half-dozen or more ways to do this, from SYS(0), API calls, ActiveX components...the list is nearly endless.
NT will not give you back the password for a user. The best you can do is to call the Win32API either through direct manipulation or through an ActiveX component to verify that you have the correct password for the specific userid.
