I have just had to reinstall PWS from the NT4 option pack CD, yet now I cannot start PWS.exe - nothing happens.

When I try and manually start the World Wide Web Publishing Service (from the Services dialog in the Control Panel) I get "Error 0032: The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process."

Some other factors that may be siginifcant...

The Server service is not started, should it be?

I am using NTWS4 with SP5. Should I have to revert back to SP3, which is what PWS comes with on the CD (surely not)?

During installation, I got the message (a few times) 'CreatInstance 0x80080006, Invalid Signature. The RSABASE.dll file has not been registered correctly. If the issue persists please re-register the file using the RegSrv32 command.' Pressing OK continues installation. I cannot find the RsaBase.dll file anywhere, either on my HDD or CD!

Any help would be appreciated.
Alan
