This thread had nothing to do with WEB, until you decided to shift the direction. You know incessant shift of direction to the way that is very far from topic, but just convenient for you, is not fair.
WEB application is independent entity that is built on data. I'm not an expert in this area, so far I wrote only 2 WEB sites. How many sites you wrote?
