Hi Barbara,
The default prtr is the dot matrix, and it prints 1st 8 labels OK. The label preview shows 8 labels at a time, implying that it thinks that the labels should "Sheet Feed" to 11 inch paper. I can't find any printer or label design setting that can change the paper height size to 1.375". Can you tell me how to do that?
