To the best of my knowledge, there is no way to disable the logging. If you there's some way to segment the deletes, for instance, you want to delete a weeks worth, then another option would be to delete a day's worth of data at a time, and truncate the log afterwards.

The downside is that you'll have to do a full database backup afterwards.
