1. People to talk to that are similar to me and have similar goals and problems.
2. Fast Response to technical issues
3. Knowledgable responses
4. files and faqs
5. misc stuff, like searching for users, job announcements, etc... stuff I look at for their entertainment value.

I rate fast and knowledgable as two seperate issues. I can usually come up with the answer on my own, but I need the focus of explaining a situation to others. Get a fast turn around on an issue is more important cause its more like having a dialog with someone.
