1. Large community of knowledgeable professionals & experts (MVPs) with the same specialty as me.
2. Search capabilities. I dont often post an outright question because 99% of the time I find my answers via search utility.
3. The way messages by date works in this UI, I like being able to disappear for awhile and still come back and see all messages easily.
4. files, knowledgebase, job postings (misc. extra's to message forum)
5. Threaded environment. The wiki is the greatest knowledgebase medium I've ever seen, but for tech support type issues where I need to get something to work today - a threaded environment seems best.
