I am rebuilding a project that recently had SET TALK OFF in the config, now after placing the SET TALK OFF into the Startup-Code and dropping the config, it appears that Set Talk has a mind-of-its-own and comes ON at will - naturally disorienting the Screens.
How can I keep control of the TALK?
