Here you go John, I don't usually get involved in jihads *bg*, but if this list is going to be taken seriously, I want my .02 in here as well.

1. Community - I agree with Rick Strahl, what brings people hither are the interactions with the others in the VFP community.
2. Signal to noise ratio - More good info flows through here than I can digest a day--that's good enough for me. The non-technical stuff is usually in the chatter section, where it can be ignored, and also makes for good reading sometimes *s*
3. Files, KB etc. - Its important to have a repository of useful files and articles where everyone can get at them. Every community should have a library IMO (see 1.)
4. Threads by day selection - As a non PUTM this is the easiest way for me to see entire threads.
5. Personal responses icon - Easy to find your responses with out wading around first.
