Hi Cetin, thanks...

Sorry to belabor the point, but I want to have a firm idea of what you mean and what I'm going to do before I visit my client....

I did look in the list of printers in W98, and "Epson Stylus 800 ESC/P 2" was listed there (no other "Espon Stylus 800" anything else)...are you saying that I should choose the Epson Stylus 600 printer driver because it IS more simple and generic?
