I use to work with someone from Louisiana who said that it was the best he ever had. Then he told me how long to cook it. Since then I have wanted one.

I use to be a Sous Chef so I consider this a necessary piece of equipment!

When we say one on Emeril, my wife got the idea that I needed one too.

It made a fantastic bird! And the sound is cool. < hard to type the sound >
