On your PUTM benefit page, you have the following:

Messages

No restriction to the number of messages to be saved in a folder
Have your profile available to others
Ability to send a private message to the users currently in the system
Ability to see the entire thread

With respect to seeing an entire thread, I would ask that you correct your marketing materials to reflect that there is a 20 message limit.
