Mike is correct the PrimaryKey argument gets you the Primary Index not the primary key necessarily. It is a problem that is prevalent in VFP adn most other products, that is the confusion of terminology. Sort of like MS insisting on using the term parent class instead of the more commonly accepted term superclass. Not only that but then they go on to give objects a parent property that refers to something other than the "parent class".

Oh well, who ever said programming was logical?
