Yes, the current message-board is from the Ultimate Bulletin Board http://www.ultimatebb.com

This did not meet our needs in terms of databasing the entire site (UBB stores messages and everything else as HTML files). We are modifying Phorum http://www.phorum.org to interface with a sitewide registration program (free of course :)
