Appleman's first API book for VB is probably the best non-C/C++ source on teh API available now; it's a very solid reference. Once you get the differences in the declaration syntax down, you'll probably want to download Christof Lange's STRUCT class, and possibly my CLSHEAP class, from here on UT to help with structure and memory handling issues.
