VFP6 SP3 has the ability to build Apartment-model multithreaded COM servers. Build your non-ui class and compile it into a COM server by checking the mtdll box in the build project dialog. I suggest you do some reading on the subject at msdn.microsoft.com and the sp3.chm file that comes with the service pack.
