I was struggling with an answer when I read Rox's, which is *exactly* how I feel about it. It is a tough question and a hard one to answer in public. Especially w/o starting yet another flame war.

I don't know there is anything the sysops could have done. It was up to each of us to decide what was more important and how we wanted to react to each other.
