Thanks for your reply. I use VFP 6.0. I don't know which line
generates the error. I have a startup program then to open a main form.
The main form never comes out then the error message shows up. What
could I do? Thanks!

Have you applied service pack 3? Start up VFP, and select Help | About from the menu to check.

If you haven't, that should be your first step, I'd suggest.

Otherwise, you can SET STEP ON as your first line in your startup program to start the debugger, and step through the lines of code til you find the one that crashes. Let us know what you find.
