it offers support of ActiveX, Style Sheets (W3C approved tags)
tooltips, greater stability on win95,
while NS views complete pages faster , you have a usable page faster in
MSIE
MSIE is free
webbrowser ActiveX control you can use in your programs
better multi-lingual support
MSIE4 vs NS4
all the above plus
Dynamic HTML (better IMHO than NS layers when I check NS technologu
previews)
Desktop integration
NS4 was supposed to support ActiveX - I don't know what happend with that
better implementation for PUSH
also it seems MS tries to work more closely with W3C
