It is a typo of the word "separate", meaning unique, distinct or individual. It is a very, very common typo since a lot of people pronounce the word se-per-it (or se-prit). One oddity I notice is that many people locally pronounce the same word differently as se-par-ate when using it as a verb meaning to split or part something. Perhaps this belongs in the "Phrases, sayings" thread in Chatter :)
