I agree. I haven't had a chance to do anything with it yet, since the menu stuff is usually the last thing I work on, and I've only got one longer term project where they bother me enough to work on fixing it. I >REALLY< liked ActiveBar from Data Dynamics, though. http://www.datadynamics.com

It's so easy to create cool looking menus and toolbars it's actually sort of fun (compared to the menu's in CB/MM which I dread working on). Once I get some time, I think this is the product I'm going to attempt to use. Plus, they're the Office 97/2000 style so your apps look "cool" ;-)

Kevin - if you're planning on creating more builders for menus, I have a suggestion: Don't. Integrate this instead.
