An update on the problem with running fpw26 on W2k:

The problem only seems to occur if the machine has been upgraded from a previous operating system (tested with both W98 and NT4) - fpw26 application will not run.

If w2k is freshly installed, everything works fine.

The question now is - how do we get fpw26 applications to run on machines upgraded to w2k?
