You can download a working demo from the site. From what I've seen, it's VFP friendly. I know Rick Strahl used it in his offline message reader - he mentioned some quirks on his site a while back, but none of them were real show stoppers.

I played with creating sample menus and toolbars in VB. The dev. tools for building menus/bars are really cool. It's the way they should have been in VFP.
