Nancy was quite correct. In addition, you might consider removing your tables/cursors from the form data environment and collecting JUST the data you want to use into a report cursor. This also solves the problem of looking at a report preview where the report command is filtered with a "For..." clause and finding the entire table printing when a user clicks the print button inside the preview.

Preparing your data in a cursor allows you to sort in any way without additional 'on the fly' indexes.
