I think there is something here that a lot of people don't realize, myself included (until now).

My general response to those who know a lot more than me is admiration and respect. It hasn't always occurred to me that anyone would respond any other way.

But I guess there seems to be enough of the "You think you are so high and mighty" or "You're probably paid secretly by MS so you owe me" or "Write my code for me", to really put pressure on you guys.

I would often think that such a poster was a jerk, but I didn't think of how it must be for you with a steady stream of those posters. It can easily result in a lot of unnecessary pressure and frustration.

I can see why you might not always want to stand out.
