When I sit and think of all the friends I have made over the years in the FoxPro community I am overwhelmed by it all.

Do you feel/think the same? I'll bet you do if you take a few moments.

I started to name them all but realized that to do so would be to insult those whom I did not name.

I must name Jim Booth though. He's a champ though he reminds me of a leprachaun with the voice of Tom Bosley (sorry Jim, couldn't resist). Naturally I excel at my imitation of a potato so I can't say much. *g* I find it difficult to express the sense of gratitude I "feel". I was reading some of his posts, trying to bring calm and a sense of stability to the UT. Jim, I applaud you and appreciate what you are doing. Thanks.

I have made new friends here. Mike H, that scoundrel of a youngster who's too darn smart and Evan and John K and all the others who are SO BRIGHT it hurts my eyes to read your posts.

Friends from around the world who share the same passion for ideas, because at the end of the day that's what we're all about - IDEAS.

Pioneers in the digital frontier we take our lumps, get upset with each other and all too often argue about which path we should take (SEEK, SELECT, etc *g*)

Sometimes we go to far and we hurt each other.

That's really stupid though I suppose at some time we all do it. I'm surely guilty and it really isn't the way I'd like to behave but I'm sometimes naughty. I don't want to be that way and I don't want to see others act that way either. It HURTS.

Each of us has been given by God some VERY unique talents and skills.

Each is unique and in the realm of collectibles uniqueness is an important part of determining value.

Take some advice, would you? Take a few minutes and consciously think about the good things in this community and focus on that. Every community will have its problems but this one has been singularly unique over the years for its ability to regenerate itself.

I say it's time to do that now.
