Yes, you are right, I did respond without thinking about it long enough, I was still mad after learning that you (and all others MVPs) had to pay to get access to al the features of this site. I still think that it was a bad move from UT to remove the free PUTM to all MVPs, but the value I get from this site is worth more than the membership. I remove my claim for a refund of my membership, but when my membership will expire (in November 2000), it will not be an automatic renewal as it was last year, I *will* think about it twice before sending my payment.

I know that JVP had left. There are others (MVPs or not) that are not happy with the current situation and may leave this site in the near future. I agree that this does not represent a big percentage of all MVPs and members here, but it is not a trend I am happy with.

Maybe I will have a chat with Michel the next time I see him at the Montreal FoxPro User Group... :)

>I would stroingly suggest that you reconsider your position. This decision should be a simple business decision. If the value you get is worth the price, then pay it, if it is not then don't pay it. Make that decision each time you renew and don't rethink during your membership. The renewal come up each year and you can answer the question each year.
