I need to insert records into an access table that looks like:

Physician Table
---------------
Physician # N 8
Last_name C 30

I tried using sql pass thru:

? sqlexec(nhandle, [insert into "physician table" ("physician #", last_name) values (3, "Todd")])

That failed, and I haven't been able to create a remote view that would allow updates. Can anyone clue me in? Thanks!
