My philosophy is to allow editing whenever possible but the only thing that has to be editable here is the truck numbers to assign to the jobs. Which just happens to be the problem control. On an earlier note, using a grid in a grid allows you to make the textboxes select on entry but adds a new wrinkle to navigation, you have to control cursor movement thru the multiple rows programatically. Trade offs, always trade offs.
