Thank you for the new ideas! They are very helpful to me because I will have to make several updates to the program I am working on before it will be considered "completed". For now, what I ended up doing (since I am working on-site) is putting my shared tables on the network server and actually pointing my project to those tables in FoxPro. Then, when I generated my setup program for the workstations, the reference to the shared tables was already an inherent part of the setup from the backlinks and I didn't have a problem with the workstations being able to find the data. I know that this is not a good long-term solution, but it will work for right now while they are getting used to a new system and I am working on the fine-tuning. I appreciate your advice from your experience and will try to put it to good use.
