This is a "Gravel" company and although the basic info on probably half the jobs doesn't change from day to day, the amount of the order and the number of trucks, as well as the individual trucks running all change daily. The real challenge in their job is that they have the phone ringing with customers calling, the radio going with trucks calling and a need to keep everyone in motion. So, I need to minimize the intrusion of the software. Due to the volume of info they are primarily dispatching off of pages printed from Excel to see as much info as possible.
