Hi All,

Can someone help me with a printer problem, We just switched printers and want the option to change the printer options before printing which i do with the sys(1037) command to bring up the dialog box. we can make the changes to the printer settings ie. make 2 copies, double sided and stapled, it allows the changes and then i press ok but the changes are never actually sent, tried it to a file and the file did not have the changes either. so it is like the printer is not getting the commands. This works from word.

Any suggestions
