Does anyone know of a tool for SQL Server 7 that can be used to move database structure changes from one copy of the database to another?

By this I mean: say you have two databases (production and development) they start out identical and you make changes to the development database (new tables, fields, indexes, triggers, etc). I want a tool that will read the schemas of both databases and create a script to update the production database so it is exactly like the development one (data excluded).

Yes I know you can keep track of all the changes, but in real life we always seem to lose a couple.
