I haven't used the DZEZVFP program. My .exe uses the activex control. The problem I've seen is that the supporting files (.dll, .ocx) cannot be found. The problem went away when I manually copied the required files into the WINNT\SYSTEM32 directory.

I know it's a significant difference but as I recall, the error message I'd get mentioned the PATH as well...
