I am trying to get a copy of Foxpro Library Development Kit for 2.6, can anybody tell me where I can get this ?

I am presently trying to create a cursor in C++ that then can be seen by Foxpro 2.6 ... I believe copyicon() might be the way. Can anybody tell me where some good documentation is for this? I believe the developers guide has this but we have lost this manual ... is this available online anywhere ?
