That might work, but I'll go out on a limb and say refreshing the pageframe on a Click() or Activate() of a Page would be more effiecient. There's really no reason (that Jim gave at least) he needs to always be refreshing every Page when they're not visible.

He should probably try them both though, to find out which one works better. (Yours has less typing/cut&pasting to do :-)
